Title: SLO Based Teaching
The session was formally started with the name of Allah the creator . Trainer said that there are four levels of education in Pakistan. The first level is Play Group to KG 3. The second level is IV, V .The third level is VI, VII, VIII. The fourth level is First Year and Second Year.
Lord Macaulay had first said that only memorization should be done. After some time, when this method did not prove to be very effective, then he said that first explain, then memorize and then make it personal. And then make it usable in daily life.
Trainer made the workshop more interesting by giving examples from daily life. The objectives of education were set in 2006 by the Ministry of Education of Pakistan to seek truth and knowledge and to use both of them for the development of society. Adopt modern and advanced methods and not teach according to old methods. So that the child can meet the requirements of today’s modern technology.
In the second phase of the session, activities were conducted using multimedia guided by the SLO regarding the training of children. And the activity was not only conducted by the teachers but the trainer first conducted it himself and then by the teachers.
During the session, a series of questions and answers continued. First of all, the children should be given the awareness of discipline so that the child can do things in practical life in an organized manner.
SLO-based teaching is very interesting because in a very short time, children are given knowledge of many things.
Chairperson Mr. Mirza Wajahat beg thanked the trainer and said that he gave us time from his precious time. And told us about many things in a very short time. Because knowledge is not just the name of memorizing books, but knowledge is the name of skill and technique. The session ended with prayers.
