“FARAN” was originally established in 1995 as a Middle School, with a vision to provide quality education to students in the region. Over the years, the school has expanded its academic offerings and, in 2005, was upgraded to a High School to accommodate the growing educational needs of the community. The institution continued its growth and, in 2007, further transformed into an Inter College, offering intermediate-level education.
The institution is officially registered with the AJ&K Education Department, ensuring that it meets the required standards set by the governing body. It holds a registration number of 244 for Schools and 365 for Colleges, affirming its recognition and adherence to educational regulations in the region. This affiliation ensures that the school and college operate within the educational framework established by the AJ&K Education Board, enabling students to receive recognized qualifications.
