The workshop was formally started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Mr. Dr. Arsha Mehmood has 31 years of experience in teacher training workshops. He associated education with digital technology in very effective, beautiful and simple words. Digital technology is part of the 21st century. The purpose of education is not only that the child should be limited to books. Rather, it should be made capable. That he should have positive thinking, be helpful, and live a good life with others.
A leader is not only the one who is the principal or coordinator of the school. Rather, whoever does work and tries to improve his work is also a leader. While further guiding the teachers, he said that if you want to teach communication to a child, then it is necessary to provide communication opportunities to the child. Critical thinking is very important in education.
But unfortunately, we have a lot of lack of critical thinking. Because in our country, most of the emphasis is on getting high marks, although this should not be the case, it should be instilled in the child first. So that the child is capable of this. May you be successful in the field of life.
